I believe that breastfeeding is a relationship and not an obligation. As such, both mum and baby need to be comfortable, fulfilled and satisfied within the relationship.
I qualified as an IBCLC in 2013 and visit mothers in the comfort of their homes throughout West Essex, North London, North West London, South Hertfordshire and occasionally further afield.

I initially trained as a breastfeeding counsellor in 2010. Since then I have taught antenatal breastfeeding classes, as well as supported mothers in the immediate postpartum time. I also help mothers who are returning to the workplace and wish to establish routines that will facilitate longer term breastfeeding.
More recently I also qualified as a holistic sleep coach, having passed the OCN level 5 training course.
I am also mum to two school aged children, who help me to stay focused on the joys and challenges of motherhood every day!
