I am a certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).  After massaging my own babies and coming from a long family tradition of infant massage it was a natural choice for me to go on to teach it and I hope to share this wonderful routine with you too.

My IAIM baby massage course is the perfect introductory course for you and your baby to know each other better. It’s simple and flexible to incorporate into your routines as and when they develop.

All babies from Birth to 12 months are welcome.

I teach the IAIM fully body massage routine incorporating special techniques for Stimulation, Relaxation, Relief and Interaction.

Infant massage is an ancient art practised in many parts of the world such as India and Africa. The IAIM massage course draws from both the Indian and Swedish massage traditions as well as incorporating principles from yoga and reflexology.

My courses are as much about the parents as the babies and I try to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Allow me to take care of you whilst you take care of and enjoy your baby.
